Executive Office Transformation
The 21st-floor views were stunning. Guests saw Lion’s Head, the Harbour, and Cape Town. We transformed the boardrooms into a slow lounge and bar. We used trendy, sleek furniture in grey and black. Touches of wood and tasteful floral arrangements completed the look. Guests enjoyed drinks and delectable snacks. The setting encouraged relaxed conversations.
Annual Networking Breakfast
DRA Global hosts a key networking breakfast every year. The event is part of the annual Mining Indaba. This year’s event for 100 guests was at Shimmy Beach Club. The venue offered stunning harbor views and a breathtaking Table Mountain backdrop. We arranged the venue in a cocktail format. This encouraged networking and collaboration. Guests enjoyed oceanfront dining and connected with like-minded individuals.
Expert Event Management
We have been DRA Global’s chosen event planner since 2016. Our role involves meticulous planning and problem-solving. We faced a key challenge at the office venue: the lifts. They shut down for a two-hour period over lunch. We coordinated all major deliveries and setup in a strict time window. This ensured a seamless execution without disruption.
